Pecorino Romano PDO and Resident are inviting food journalists and bloggers to a luxury residence in Manhattan for an intimate culinary experience revisiting American childhood classics with Pecorino Romano PDO. Attendees will be greeted with a glass of wine and a curated selection of hors d’oeuvres and then seated for a 4-course tasting dinner along with a wine pairing. The chef has designed the perfect menu to highlight Pecorino Romano and will act as a speaker during the event, introducing each course and talking about the versatility of the product. The chef will be cooking and plating in front of the guests and will be assisted by a service team and sommelier.
